General Eligibility for The Scholarship
This application is available for Africans who can meet the following criteria:
- Must be from an African nation and resident there permanently
- Must be between ages 18 and 25 at the time of application
- Eligible to receive a Nigerian student visa
- Candidates must possess advanced English language skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
