Ousmane Dembele Inherits Neymar’s Shirt Number at PSG
Following Neymar’s departure from Paris Saint-Germain, France winger Ousmane Dembele has taken over the No. 10 shirt.
The 26-year-old moved to the French giants from Barcelona for a fee of £43 million, six years after joining the Spanish club for a fee of £97 million.
Dembele joined Barcelona just weeks after Neymar left for PSG in 2017, initially wearing the Brazilian’s No 11 jersey before switching to No 7.
Dembele has now taken the No. 10 shirt from Neymar, who has completed a £78 million transfer to Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Ronaldinho have both worn the No. 10 shirt in the past, during their time with the French giants.
Jay-Jay Okocha, Javier Pastore, and Hatem Ben Arfa are among those who have played at No. 10.
