Most of you may be wondering what the program is all about. The goal is to empower 150 women entrepreneurs over three years by offering training to improve their business yield and services growth.
However, it is to equip them with different useful skills, knowledge, and tools to improve and refocus their businesses for increased growth and scalability.
About the Program
When you hear of the largest number of female entrepreneurs, Africa is number one or top 2 but lacks a supportive framework for entrepreneurship. However, this is why this program was held for support. So, it helps remove an obstacle for women-led businesses.
Over the following year, the WONDER program, a training project focusing on investor ability and business development, wants to formalize 30 women-led businesses. The creative ability of the businesses is given priority in this initiative, along with their social and environmental viability.
The program will equip these businesses with the abilities, information, and resources necessary to organize and refocus their operations to reach this aim.
However, a unique plan that seeks to advance will be used to showcase the influence of this initiative. Within their training and services, African businesses offer individual support, business speed, and skill development.

Eligibility Criteria
- businesses run by women or in which women own the majority of the shares
- Businesses with female executives, such as the CEO or COO, are preferred.
- If there is a board of directors, there should be at least 50% women on it.
- The company should be able to use a loan amount starting at $5,000.
- The company must employ at least 5 people, with at least 50% of them being women.
- The company should make $100,000 in revenue each year.
- The company needs to be officially registered in Kenya.
